Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days.

Although we restock as soon as possible, sometimes we experience an extremely high inventory turnover rate. This high demand for certain popular items will lead to the occasional depletion of our stock, which could lead to some online orders being delayed or canceled.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates 

Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. If you select a shipping method other than standard, shipping charges will apply.

Shipping carrier [UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other] will be chosen at Premija’s sole discretion. Free Shipping does not include any expedited shipping methods. Shipping fees, if any, will be noted at checkout. Shipping fees are subject to change without notice. To improve shipping times for our valued customers, our items are assigned for shipment based on the closest inventory location. Due to this, some items in the same order may arrive in more than one shipment.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email from Premija with a tracking number. Follow the link in that email to the carrier's Web site to track your delivery OR contact the carrier directly to track your order.

International Shipping Policy

We do not currently deliver to international addresses.
